Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
Shipping times increase during the busy Christmas season. Please place your order by December 11th to allow sufficient time to receive it before Christmas.
How do you ship orders?
I offer USPS first class and priority mail shipping which will both show as options at check-out. In both cases, you will receive a tracking number.
When do you ship orders?
Orders will ship out 1 - 2 business days after being placed.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Can I include a gift note in my order?
This year we are offering gift wrapping, which you can add at check-out. Your items will arrive in a wrapped jewelry box and will also include a blank Christmas card for ease of gifting.
If you would prefer to send the item directly to the giftee, please note that at checkout under: "Add a note to your order" You can include a gift message that I will handwrite on the blank Christmas card at checkout under: "Gift message".
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
